Ingredients:
- 4 cups rice
- 4 sheets of nori (seaweed)
- 1 tblsp sesame seed
- 1/2 pound sushi grade tuna
- 1 tblsp mayo
- 1/2 tblsp hot souce
How to prepare:
1. Chop tuna and mix with mayo and hot souce.
2. Place the nori sheet over the bamboo mat and spread the rice on top of nori and
sprinkle sesame seed over the rice.
3. Now place the tuna mix lengthwise over the rice.
4. Roll up the bamboo mat, pressing forward to shape the sushi into a roll and after
pressing remove the bamboo mat.
5. Cut the rolled sushi into 6 pieces and enjoy.
