Cachaça is the best-selling sugarcane spirit in Brazil. Made from distilled sugar cane juice, cachaca fuels the national drink of Brazil, the caipirinha. Customize your event alongside a SUSHISAMBA mixologist who will take you on a tasting tour of this amazing liquor, as well as help plan the perfect food pairings.

Asahi, Kirin, Sapporo, Koshihikari Echigo…learn how to speak the language of Japanese beer and what makes each brew special. A SUSHISAMBA manager will work with you to customize the perfect food menu pairings to complete the experience.

Discover the lively beats and spirited movements of the official dance of Brazil. With the guidance of our skilled Samba instructors, aspiring sambistas will be transported to Carnival in Rio to experience the quick steps and unique style of this well-loved dance.
kids' oragami workshop
Children will delight in the color and fun of our hands-on origami classes. Watch ideas take shape as classic, simple origami creations that celebrate the heritage of Japan, and the cultural influences of SUSHISAMBA. Green iced-tea and cookies will be served during the workshop. You may also choose to include our special children’s menu for lunch before or after the program.
